My Watercolor Painting Materials

I know and describe myself as someone who really wants to know many things which is partly the reason why this blog has been titled "Jack of Some Trades, Master of None". I claim that I know how to play the guitar and piano, I know how to speak Japanese, I love anime, I can sing, I can draw and I can paint. I'm not lying when I say those, but in some sense, I am novice in all of those.  I am a very good example of someone who is very enthusiastic in learning something at the beginning, but immediately loses interest after some time. I think I am again in the stage of being overly excited about learning something new and I can only hope that I finish what I started.  The new activity that I am excited to do is painting, particularly using watercolor. I've tried it before but I got stuck because I didn't have the resources to buy the right materials. When I had the money for it, I immediately went to the supply store and bought these: 1. How to Put Multiple Posts on Different Pages in Blogger

I am new in blogger and I found myself wondering how to put multiple posts on different pages in blogger because I noticed that blogger only allows one post per page. However, you can still do something about it. Try to follow what I did. 1. Go to the main window and click "Layout". 2. In the layout window, click "Add a Gadget". 3. In the add a gadget pop-up, choose "pages" and save. Before adding a page, your blog looks like this: After adding a page, your blog will look like this: 4. From here, you can create additional pages. Just click on the edit button as shown below: A pop-up window will show, then click "add external link" 5. Give your page a label name. In my example, I wrote "My Inventions". Just enter the label's URL below. When you write a new post, you just need to enter the same label name in which you want that post to be.  That's it. I hope I was able to help.

Playing the Guitar

Ever since I was young, I always wanted to play the guitar. I actually learned the guitar when I was in Grade 3. My brother taught me a song using four chords, G Em C D. However, that was all that I learned because my brother's guitar got lost. But  I did not forget how to play. In high school, I wanted to ask my parents to buy a guitar but they couldn't afford it. So, I was only able to play when my classmates in high school brought their own guitars. Now that I have a job, I was able to buy a guitar for myself. My guitar is cheap but I am pretty satisfied with it. I want to improve in playing the guitar. This page will feature the learning process towards improving my guitar skills and expanding my knowledge in guitar playing. I hope you could join me in my journey. Thanks!

On Becoming a Blogger: Using Images in Blog

Hello anyone who might be reading this. Whenever I have nothing to look for in the internet (rather, when I think I've had enough stalking Jeremy Lin, of Charlotte Hornets as of the moment), I always look for topics about how to earn money online. Included in the list is blogging. I've always wanted to try blogging because I want to develop my writing skills and earn money at the same time hopefully. And today, I decided to continue what I started and I thought about writing about my dream home. I would have wanted to share the picture of the tiny house featured on Youtube. However, I realized that if I had the intention to earn money out of this blog, I have to use materials that I personally own. On the other hand, I was also thinking that maybe I can use pictures that I do not own in my blog if I just credit the rightful owner. However, I found out that unlike plagiarism, copyright infringement cannot be avoided by providing attribution and giving credit. This is why, I wi...

Why you should read books

My style of writing is that I follow chronological order. I think I haven't developed a different style yet due to limited reading. Honestly, I don't really find reading enjoyable. It only makes me sleepy. However, if I could make up other reasons, it's partially because, I am not very open minded. I don't want to know things that will change my perspective. I don't want to read love story novels because they will stain my innocence. (I apologize for such way of thinking.) But now, I'm trying my best to change this kind of attitude because it's not good. I also know that God wants us to develop our skills and talents and share them with the world for His greater glory. For finding reading not enjoyable, I have not improved in writing. Back in college, I considered myself lucky if I had a high grade for my essays and compositions. But I can remember one time when my teacher asked me to read my essay because he said it had no bullshit and so straight to the po...
